IMPORTANT – Do not update your printer

Please make sure to remove/deactivate your automatic update.  When Epson sends you an update, it only changes the firmware of your printer.  As a result, the compatible cartridges will not work and you will have to wait until we receive an updated chip.  Meanwhile, you are then stuck to buying the original cartridges only!!!
