Unopened Products

Compatible products
The following products are returnable within 90 days of received date. Unopened compatible or remanufactured ink, unopened compatible or remanufactured toner and unopened compatible or remanufactured drum unit. Restocking fees may apply. 

Original equipment manufacturer (OEM products)
The following products are returnable within 30 days of received date. OEM ink, OEM toner and OEM drum. Restocking fees may apply.  The registered trademark cartridges (Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Lexmark) are covered by their manufacturing company. If you have a defective article, please contact the manufacturer to verify their warranty. We do not accept the return of open OEM cartridges. 

* OEM ink cartridges, toners and drum units cannot be returned if opened.

Opened Products


Compatible products
If you are not satisfied with your compatible cartridge or if it is defective, it can be returned within 6 Months after your purchase date for a replacement or a refund of the total amount. Please note that the shipping fee will not be refunded. Email us at [email protected] for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a replacement or a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your compatible cartridge or if it is defective, it can be returned within 6 Months after your purchase date for a replacement or a refund of the total amount. * If the cartridge has less than 25% of ink remaining, it will not be refunded.

Change or Cancelling an Order

To cancel orders please contact us by email ([email protected]) or phone at 514-783-0697.Since we want our customers to get their items as soon as possible, if the order is placed before 1PM (EST/EDT), they are usually processed on the same business day. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after shipping. Please check your order confirmation email. If the order information is incorrect or incomplete, customers are responsible to report it immediately to our customer service so that the order may be updated and changed accordingly. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse you may not cancel or change your order. If you have purchased the incorrect products, simply ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a refund. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment and the funds should be available within 5 business days. (Shipping cost will be covered by the customer) 

Promotions, Coupons or Gifts 

All free gifts/promotional products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated item is being returned. Limited in quantity: all free items will be on a first come first serve basis. No substitutes will be offered. Dollar value coupons do not carry cash value, must be used in one transaction, the remaining amount will not carry over. Dollar value coupons cannot be redeemed as cash. Users are responsible for shipping cost of “Free gift coupons” unless combined with an order subtotalling over $50.

EncreVaudreuil.com attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product, pricing and rebate information; however, EncreVaudreuil.com cannot guarantee that product descriptions and/or specifications, pricing or any other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event that information is incorrect due to typographical, informational, technical or other errors, EncreVaudreuil.com will not be liable for any loss or discrepancy with accurate data. If a product offered on the Website is not as described, or does not meet your expectations, your sole remedy is to return the product in accordance with EncreVaudreuil.com Return Policy.

Product Pricing 

Except as otherwise noted, the price displayed for products on the Website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. EncreVaudreuil.com cannot confirm the price of an item until you place an order. Despite EncreVaudreuil.com’s best efforts, a small number of items on the Website may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than the stated the price, EncreVaudreuil.com will, at their discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. 

Order error

If Encre Vaudreuil made an error while packaging your products please report any missing or wrong product within 14 days for replacement or refund. We will not accept any claim after 14 days after receiving orders. We suggest you should verify your order immediately when you received it.

Shipping

Free Shipping
The following instruction is for orders where client received free shipping.  If the total amount of the order becomes less then the minimum charge (50$) for free shipping after the return, the customer will be credited the full amount of the products returned minus 7.95$ (for shipping). 

Return or Replacement
Packages that are Return to Sender (RTS) must be authorized by an employee of Encre Vaudreuil. We reserve the right to charge shipping costs for package returned without authorization. For refunds, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. For the replacement of defective product, the shipping charges for the replacement will not be charged to the customer. 

Change or Cancellation 
If your order has been processed and you wish to Change or Cancel your order you will need to ask for a return authorization from our customer service team and, once the authorization confirmed, return the items to us to obtain a refund. The shipping charges will not be covered by Encre Vaudreuil. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any shipping cost if any errors occur after shipping.

Damaged Products
Physical damage caused by shipping must be reported within 14 days. We will refund accordingly after Canada Post / Courier investigation. (Can take up to 15 business days to get confirmation)

Wrong address
If our courier lost the package due to incorrect address provided by customer, customer will have to take full responsibility. We will not arrange refund or replacement for orders with the wrong shipping address. If a return to sender (RTS) is due to the customer’s mistake with the address (e.g. apartment number, business name, etc), we will charge extra shipping for the resend. If the customer wants a refund, we will deduct shipping from the refund, even if the order has benefited from our free shipping discount

Delivery estimate
For orders that have not been received on estimated date posted on courier’s website, please contact our customer service for assistance. We will contact our courier on your behalf for an investigation. Delivery time is only an estimate; delivery time is NOT a guarantee. Since we have no control over delivery time, we will not refund shipping cost for any delayed orders.

We are not responsible for any loss or delay. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the courier. The courier is responsible for any loss or unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. Please contact us and we will contact the courier to open an investigation. Delay: When the products do not arrive within 48 hours after expected delivery date.
